We bought this TV to use in our study. The picture is excellent and the small footprint of the TV is perfect on our built in desk top. We like it so much we bought another for a relative in a nursing home. The small footprint made it perfect for her limited space, and the fact that it's digital means she doesn't need the additional digital converter box. She uses it with a Terk antenna, and the combo works well.
The 15" screen was actually larger than I expected. It's great as a secondary TV in a small space where you won't be sitting too far from the TV. Ours faces a window, and we don't have any problem with glare. The picture is still bright and clear, even on sunny days.
The sound is more than adequate. It's not surround sound, but this is a small TV meant for smaller spaces. It doesn't sound tinny...more rich and full.
