I have other LCD flat screen 15" TVs but they are not digital and the screens aren't widescreen. When you use the widescreen ratio on this TV, you have about an 8" picture. The other ratios either cut off the picture on top, bottom and sides, or picture is distorted. It works great and am pleased having the DVD built into the TV and it works great, too. Overall, I like the product. I just wish someone would come up with a way to fill a widescreen TV with a full widescreen picture without the blackouts at top and bottom.
