This is a great little TV set!

It is easy to program. I must agree that the channel changes are slow. We like the TV remote. The TV set requires 115 Volts AC for the power source; In our case, we use a small Tripp-lite inverter to produce the needed 115 Volts AC from out small camper's battery pair.

PRO: The unit draws only 21 Watts, per my Kill-A-Watt indicator!! Bottom line; This means a small 12 Volt DC amperage current draw, when using a small DC-to-AC inverter. This TV set draws less current than our previous analog solid-state 5 inch TV set! -Which makes it very acceptable for our battery-powered camper accessories.

CON: I could not locate a SIGNAL STRENGTH indicator in the programming of the TV set!! I have never before seen a digital TV set that did not have this! Bottom line; This makes the adjustment of the camper's directional TV antenna a hit-and-miss situation.

I'd buy this set again! The signal strength appears to be on par or BETTER than our previous camper TV. The picture qu is very good, considering the cost of the unit. The remote is easy to operate. The TV set's audio output is more than enough for our camper; I had seen others complain of the low audio, but I cannot agree with this, as we feel that the sound is very adequate, and is of good enough quality.Get more detail about Toshiba 15LV505 15.6-Inch Widescreen LCD TV with Built-in DVD Player (Black).
